Donation Colours to the server will really brighten up the In-Game/Forums and is very popular around most private servers but what I mean about Donor colours is that instead of using ^1example which make your IGN look really stupid put colours like DarkGunz have it but instead of having only 4 colours have more obviously leaving out the staff colours :]
